NEW ACCOUNTS

The Credit Union welcomes all CONSOL employees, their immediate family members, and retirees to become members of the Credit Union

To open a new account, a MEMBERSHIP CARD must be filled out, signed and returned to the Credit Union along with a copy of your drivers license:

For a membership card call the C.U. or visit your Mine Representative

1. Membership Card

• Employee must be in our field of membership.

• Membership card must be filled out, along with the employee number and signed on the front where indicated.

2. Joint Account

• If opening a joint account; the joint owner must complete the information on the back of the card.  Then both owner's of the account must sign on the front of the cards where indicated.  The joint owner must also send in a copy of their drivers license.

3. Check/Money Order/Cash

• Enclose amount of $6.00 ($5.00 goes into your Share account and $1.00 is your one-time membership fee.  (If electing payroll deduction, the $6.00 can be deducted from your first payroll deposit.)
